REPLAY South Africa – Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Your Right to Change Your Mind
You may return any product for any reason within 15 calendar days of the date it was delivered to you. This right is in addition to, and does not limit, the statutory “cool-off” period provided under section 44 of South Africa’s Consumer Protection Act, 2008 (“CPA”).
2. Items Eligible for Return
All merchandise purchased exclusively from replayjeans.co.za is eligible, provided it is:

unused, unwashed, and in the original condition you received it;

accompanied by all original tags, labels, accessories, and packaging; and
-
accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation e-mail or invoice).
3. Items Excluded from Return
For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept returns of:

underwear and swimwear (unless the hygiene strip is completely intact and the item has not been worn),
-
earrings or other pierced jewellery,
-
gift cards or e-vouchers, and
-
any item specifically marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase (unless the item is faulty).
4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Sign in:
Go to https://replayjeans.co.za/my-account/orders/ and log in with the account used to place the order.

Select your order:
Find the order that contains the item(s) you wish to return and click “Request Return / Exchange”.

Complete the form:
Choose the item(s) to be returned, select Refund or Exchange, and tell us why, you’ll help us improve.

Confirmation:
After submitting, you’ll receive an e-mail confirming your Returns/Exchange Request and we will follow up with packing and courier instructions.

Pack & ship:
Follow the instructions in the e-mail. Clearly mark the order number on the outside of the parcel. Retain the courier waybill until your refund or exchange is processed.

6. Refunds

Method: Refunds are processed to the original payment method (credit card, EFT, PayFast, or gift card).

Timing: Please allow up to 7 business days from the date we receive and approve your return for the refund to reflect. Bank processing times may vary.

Shipping fees: Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a product fault.
7. Exchanges

Indicate the desired size, colour, or alternative item when submitting your RMA request.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability when your return is processed.

We ship one replacement per order free of charge.
8. Faulty or Damaged Goods
Products that arrive damaged, develop a manufacturing fault within six months, or are not as described are covered under sections 55 and 56 of the CPA. You may choose a repair, replacement, or full refund (including any delivery fees). Please notify us as soon as possible—ideally within 48 hours of delivery for transit damage.
9. Gift Returns
Items received as gifts can be returned for a REPLAY South Africa digital gift card equal to the original purchase price, provided they meet the conditions above. Refunds can only be made to the original payment method.
