Once you’ve placed your order, the arrival time can vary based on your location and the specific items you’ve purchased. Your order will be processed within 1-2 and delivery within the 3-4 workings days (Excluding Saturday and Sunday), but please check the shipping tracking for the most accurate estimate.

If you order multiple items, we aim to consolidate your purchases into a single package. However, the availability of all items at the time of shipping can affect whether items are sent together or separately.

RETURN POLICY

Replay will be able to accept returns on items purchased directly from replayjeans.co.za, within 15 days of the receipt of your purchase. Items can be exchanged for a different size or for items that is available at the same price as the product originally purchased (In case where the price is higher you as client will have to pay the excess amount or if it is lower we will do a refund of the outstanding amount).Once decided we will collect the product from you and deliver the requested product. Please note there is a R150 Admin fee that needs to be paid before collecting the exchange product. If product / size is not available we will refund you the purchase price minus the R150 admin fee.

Please pay the Admin fee within 5 working days or your request will be cancelled.

The following rules apply to Exchange/Refund:

*Proof of payment/purchase;

*Item is in the original packaging, undamaged and unused, with the original labels and stickers still attached;

*For reasons of public health, some products are prohibited to be returned after use.

All refunds will be made to the original payment method, please allow 3 – 10 working days for refund to reflect.

Please inspect your order upon reception, in the unfortunate event of delivering the wrong product to you or if the product is defective / damaged, please notify us with proof of purchase and images, we will collect the product from you at no charge. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will, at your choice, deliver the correct product to you as soon as possible (if the correct product is available); or credit your account with the purchase price of the product (or refund you if that is your preference).

Please note damaged/wrong item claims is only available within 3 months of delivery of Goods.
